Hyundai ??? - they make cars dont they ??? - well yes they do but they are also one of the worlds largest electronics manufacturers so it was no big shock when early in 2008 they launched a range of top quality but low cost digital cameras .
 
The A-9325 is a very well made basic camera for genral home or holiday use . Its not the best looking camera in the world & its not the worst . It does what it should - take good quality pictures with ease .
 
The A-9325 has plenty of features if you want to use them but most people will just point n shoot . 3x quality optical zoom lens . Decent 2.5 inch screen fro picture taking & viewing . Face detection . Auto focus . Auto flash with flash on & flash off modes . Self timer . Various scene modes such as night time & sports modes . Internal 32 megabytes memory ( enough for around 15 pictures ) & it takes optional SD memory cards . Uses 2x AA batteries for power . Video clip mode with sound .
 
Using the A-9325 is easy & fast . Press the power on / off button on the top - zoom in or out using the zoom button at the back - press the shutter button to take a picture - easy & fast ! . If you want to view a picture then press the picture / video view button bottom right at the back . If you want to do a video clip then press the video / picture button on the back - again its very easy to use . To change settings such as the amount of pixels you are using just press the menu button - the on screen menu will then come on - its easy to understand & use . I got around 150 pictures using 2x Sanyo AA Alkaline batteries but around 250 pictures when i used 2x Uniross 2300 mah rechargeable batteries . Picture taking outside was very fast . Indoors its fast for the first picture but when the flash is used there is around 20 seconds delay before you can take the next picture .
 
Picture qualiyty is suprisingly very good for such a low cost camera . In sunlight the pictures were very sharp throughout the 3x optical zoom range ( look at the picture of the car to see this ) . Indoors the pictures were fine up to around 15 feet away but then lost quality over that . I printed a picture of the car to 16x11 inches size & it was very sharp .
 
There are loads of cameras available for around the £70 mark but i think that the A-9325 is certainly one of the best of them . The Hyundai A-5324 with 5 million pixels is also a very good buy & costs just £55 .

The A-9325 comes as a full kit with 2 AA batteries & a Case . You may also want to get a 1 Gigabyte SD Card ( it will hold over 400 pictures ) which will cost you just £4.99 from us . A charger with 4x AA nimh rechargeable batteries that last ages in the camera costs just £11.99 & may also be usefull if you are taking the camera away for a break .
