The latest offering from Odys is the fabulous Slim Z-8 . Its small in size - easy to use - & delivers reasonable quality images with ease .
The Z-8 is not a feature packed camera but it does have enough for basic snap shots . 5 million pixels . Decent quality 2.36 inch screen . Easy to understand on screen menus . Video clip mode . Fully automatic picture taking including auto flash & auto focus . Self timer . The zoom is a digital zoom so picture quality is not great when you use the zoom but it is good enough to print to 6x4 size - without using the zoom you can get a good picture to 10x8 size . Uses AAA size batteries . SD memory cards .
Using the Z-8 is easy - turn it on & you are ready to take a picture almost instantly . Press the shutter button - picture taken - easy & fast . View your pictures by pressing another button - delete them by pressing another button . The Z-8 is a very easy to use little camera . Picture quality outdoors is good - indoors its ok - the flash is acceptable rather than great .
The Z-8 is a basic little point n shoot camera that does what it is designed to do - take decent pictures with ease . If you are going on a weeks holiday then get a camera with an optical zoom - if you just want a camera for basic home snap shots then the Z-8 will be ideal for you but it is realy a camera for kids under the age of 12 .
